Our Micro-Greens

Micro-Greens are seedlings of various vegetables and greens which are generally harvested after they form their first true leaves. Unlike “sprouts” which are grown in water, Micro-Greens are grown in soil. They are colourful and flavourful and make a great garnish or an amazing stand-alone salad. Of the many Micro-Greens which we grow, the ones shown on this page are among the most asked about. We continue to experiment with new vegetables in an effort to provide our customers with the most unique selection of Micro-Greens available anywhere!

China Rose Radish: Bright pink or red stems with greens leaves. Strong pepper taste.
