What we do best (we hope)!
After nearly ten years of doing what we do, we have learned a lot – not only about organic farming, but also about how to put baskets together which our customers will use and enjoy. We try never to “dump” produce on our customers but rather to provide an assortment of vegetables (year-round) for the vegetable-lover to savour!

Our basket was so pretty this week that I had to take more pictures of a few of them.
Yum! The swiss chard so good we didn’t have any left for the pictures (we steamed the stalks and lightly cooked the leaves with a bit of olive oil, garlic, pepper and parmesan).
