We’re sharing two 30 second clips with you to give you a better understanding of the work that goes into producing the highest quality organic produce. In the first video, you’ll see Kenroy digging parsnips. That afternoon we harvested close to 300 lbs.!

The second clip follows Dionicio and Adan as they plant potatoes. Planting potatoes one by one can be labour intensive and time consuming. We’ve been using this planter for years and we just love it. Watch the process and see if you’re as amazed as we were the first time we saw it in action.
